I was recently commissioned to create a bespoke wedding invitation.
The wedding is this summer and the bride wanted something beautiful which would give a feel of what the wedding would be like. We had a long chat and decided that I could create an illustration of summer wedding flowers incorporated with some insects which would make up the initials of the bridge and groom and she loved this idea.
She then put me together a pinterest board of flowers and insects for me to use as reference. The illustration took 5 days from start to finish. I went into fine detail with a black ink pen. My favourite aspect of the illustration is actually the bumble bee which I took great care with.
When I showed her the end result she was over the moon and is not only going to use for her invite but she is also going to use it for her own personal stationary and to get printed onto fine china. I was happy that she was so happy.
This is a horse portrait painting which was created originally as a piece for my series based on a horse in Austrias in Northern Spain.
Just got featured in Equestrian Stylist at an equestrian artist with this wonderful paining.
This is a recent horse portrait commision. The owner of the racehorse Two For Two commissioned me to paint the winning racehorse crossing the finish line.

You can imagine how excited I was when this lovely commission came in. It was to paint a beautiful Arabian horse, oil on canvas.
This was such a lovely job to do. Obviously, as I am a whippet owner myself I am hugely biased to whippets being the most beautiful dog and I am always excited when I get one to draw.
Given all of the above, the idea of commissioning a dog portrait might seem downright difficult. This is where artist Caroline Towning comes in.
Known for his icon imagery of flags, targets, maps and light bulbs, Jasper Johns is an American artist born in 1930. This exhibition has over 150 paintings and is the biggest one in the UK for 40 years.
There is a bronze fountain in Piccadilly Circle in the heart of London. It was made by artist Rudy Weller and erected in 1992. This is one of my favorite sculpture of all time.
I have been wanting to create a personalised art gift set for quite some time as I get asked to paint a lot of dog portraits and I thought that it would be lovely if I could find a way to paint something which is then presented and turned into a lovely gift set.
